The third quarter of 2022 was a busy period for the UNFPA India Country Office (CO). With the approval of the 10th Country Programme Document (CPD10) by the UNFPA Executive Board, the India CO is now gearing up for the implementation of the 10th Country Programme (2023 to 2027). The evaluation report of the 9th Country Programme (CP9) which was rated 'very good', was instrumental in the development of a well-informed CPD10.
The second issue of 'On Track' covers a wide range of key achievements, encouraging progress and innovative initiatives undertaken by UNFPA in the third quarter towards ending preventable maternal deaths, unmet need for family planning, and gender-based violence and harmful practices.
