UNFPA’s support to large scale youth programmes has enabled many change champions, who are making us proud today.

Meet a few of our young #changechampions:

Ms. Kumkum Soni from Madhya Pradesh, who broke taboos and counsels adolescent girls on menstrual hygiene management.

Ms Kavita Meena from Rajasthan, who broke many social barriers to reach national level athletes.

Mr Mohammad Shaquir from Bihar, who was able to solve the persistent challenge of stagnant water after heavy rains by mobilizing young people in his community.

Ms Salami Sasankar from Odisha, who found ingenious ways to extend banking services to remote villages during the lockdown period.
