The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in India, and Institute of Gerontology, Heidelberg University, Heidelberg, Germany (IfG) have agreed to engage in collaborative research in the areas of Ageing, and Elderly Care and Well-being. A key objective of this  collaboration is to form a hub for knowledge sharing between countries in Europe and Asia, and translate research findings into evidence for advocacy and policy.
